  • Ability to pass a criminal background check prior to employment with Senior Helpers.
  • Availability to be contacted via phone or email for shift scheduling, client updates, and emergencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide caring companionship and engage in conversation.
  • Assist with transportation, including errands and appointments.
  • Support apparel selection by laying out clothes.
  • Aid in meal planning and preparation.
  • Offer medication reminders.
  • Provide mobility support, including standby assistance, transfers, and Hoyer lift assistance.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks.
  • Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Manage household duties, such as laundry and linen changes.
  • Educate family members on safe care techniques.
  • Perform other care-related tasks as necessary.
