Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking food in accordance with our QSL standards. Your role will contribute significantly to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests through your passion and commitment to producing high-quality meals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items following established recipes and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure food presentation is aesthetically pleasing and meets our standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any additional preparation needs.
- Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times, service issues, and other concerns as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace, complying with food handling and sanitation regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a line cook is preferred, though not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
