Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all recipes and practice portion control to expertly prepare, garnish, and present ordered items.
  • Maintain a well-organized and adequately stocked kitchen or station on a daily basis, ensuring all required food, paper products, and condiments are readily available.
  • Properly handle, store, and rotate all products to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee the setup, routine maintenance, cleaning, and breakdown of kitchen machinery and equipment.
  • Manage the daily cutting and storage of perishables to ensure product integrity.
  • Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required, demonstrating accountability for the quality of products served.
  • Conduct general and specialized cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned by a supervisor to uphold health standards.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
