Job Title: Caregiver/STNA In-training

Company: The Oaks at Jamestown

Location: Muskegon, MI

Pay: $14.41 – 16.96 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.41 to $16.96 for a “Caregiver/STNA In-training” role in Muskegon, MI appears to be within a competitive range, though it may be on the lower end compared to national averages for similar positions. As of 2023, caregiver salaries typically range from approximately $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific responsibilities, and location. In Michigan, wages can vary significantly by region, but the offered rate aligns closely with the lower spectrum of industry standards for entry-level positions, especially for roles requiring less experience or training. However, considering the rising costs of living and demand for healthcare workers, potential candidates may expect higher compensation, which could influence recruitment and retention in this sector.
