We are currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team.
The primary responsibilities of the Production Associate include:
- Performing a variety of tasks under general supervision that require a solid understanding of assembly techniques, materials, tools, machines, and equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, folding, assembling, labeling, preparing stock, inspecting, cutting, and boxing, all while adhering to efficiency standards established by the department.
- Promptly reporting any unusual material or equipment issues, as well as work conditions that may impede operations or deviate from quality standards, good manufacturing practices, or safety protocols to the supervisor or group leader.
- Working from product specifications or manuals to ensure high-quality outcomes, with inspections conducted as necessary.
- Demonstrating the capability to transition between various operational job functions with relative ease.
- Completing simple, routine, and repetitive tasks in accordance with standard procedures.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas during production line stoppages and at the conclusion of each shift.
- Adhering to all safety protocols, utilizing required personal protective equipment, such as gloves, aprons, safety glasses, and back supports.
- Observing and complying with all safety regulations and immediately reporting any hazards to the supervisor.
- Being punctual and reporting to work daily.
- Following all company policies and guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook or departmental procedures.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to perform tasks while standing for extended periods.
