Responsibilities:

  • Prepare or oversee the preparation of food in accordance with established production procedures.
  • Assess the quantity and type of food and supplies needed using production systems.
  • Familiarize yourself with menus, recipes, preparation, and presentation techniques.
  • Adhere to established sanitation, personal hygiene, and health standards.
  • Ensure all food is correctly prepared following standard recipes and accommodating special dietary needs.
  • Plan food production to align with meal service hours, maintaining food excellence, quality, temperature, and presentation.

Qualifications:
