Overview:
We invite motivated and dependable candidates to apply for the role of Daytime Grill Line Cook. In this position, you will be responsible for the setup and teardown of the grill line, food preparation, cooking made-to-order breakfast items, food presentation, as well as maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to order according to specifications.
  • Cook made-to-order breakfast items.
  • Adhere to standard grill line recipes.
  • Operate grill and fryers efficiently.
  • Set up and dismantle the food preparation workspace.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace.
  • Properly store and handle food items.
  • Follow food service safety and sanitation protocols consistently throughout the kitchen.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
  • A working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations is required.
  • Prior experience as a grill cook is preferred; experience cooking made-to-order breakfast items is highly desirable.
