CWA/ARS is actively seeking lead generators to meet the growing customer demand in our organization. We are looking for experienced sales professionals to fill several positions immediately, including:

• In-Store Lead Generator – Compensation of up to $60,000 per year

Responsibilities
As In-Store Lead Generators, you will serve as representatives of CWA/ARS within one of the largest home improvement retail chains in America. Our partnerships with stores throughout Columbus and surrounding areas position us as the exclusive provider of Air Conditioning Services and Attic Insulation Installations. This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, organized, and possess strong sales capabilities. A minimum of two years of sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A demonstrated enthusiasm for engaging customers and a strong work ethic are essential. Please note that all applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment motor vehicle report, drug screening, and background check.

Availability on weekends is required, as part of your responsibilities will include event planning. Ideal candidates will have previous training, lead generation, or supervisory experience. Our part-time roles will encompass approximately 20 hours per week, split between Friday and Sunday.
