Job Position Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for fostering cleaner and healthier environments for our customers by executing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary:
– Perform comprehensive cleaning duties for facilities using designated ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
– Cleaning responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, and moving furniture and equipment, among other tasks
– Maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
– Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
– Open and secure facilities, as well as manage security systems as required
– Previous experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper (1-2 years) is advantageous but not mandatory
– On-the-job training will be provided for candidates displaying a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
– Experience in a professional janitorial setting, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus
– Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail are essential
– Contribute positively to the workplace culture through a pleasant attitude and by supporting the team as a reliable, dependable, and punctual staff member

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
