Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lead funnel by engaging with prospects interested in Orangetheory, scheduling their introductory classes, and ensuring a delightful first-time guest experience. Provide membership information based on recommendations from Group Fitness Coaches.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership and ancillary sales.
  • Respond promptly to member inquiries and address concerns effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards by adhering to all OTF systems and procedures. Maintain an organized front desk and efficiently prioritize tasks during shifts.
  • Personalize interactions by welcoming members by name and accurately tracking class attendance. Foster memorable moments by celebrating member milestones, such as birthdays and personal achievements.
  • Stay well-informed about studio activities, including current promotions, fitness challenges, out-of-studio events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of your contributions to the studio’s overall success.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio space.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with new technologies, including smartphones and computers.
  • Exhibit a growth mindset and a commitment to helping others.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, operate with integrity, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and member inquiries concurrently.
