AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.79 to $19.22 for the “Administrative Assistant I, Automotive & Transportation” role in North Canton, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for administrative positions in the region. According to data from various salary aggregators and industry reports, administrative assistants typically earn between $15 to $25 per hour in similar roles, depending on experience and specific industry demand. Given the cost of living in North Canton and the general expectations for administrative positions, this pay range may be considered competitive for entry-level roles but could be less appealing for candidates with more experience or specialized skills, particularly in the automotive and transportation sectors, which often demand a higher level of expertise.
