Job Title: HIRING EVENT 2/19/2025 – Registered Nurse – BETHESDA NORTH & GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL

Company: TriHealth

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $10 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $10 for a Registered Nurse position in Cincinnati, OH, is significantly below industry standards and is not competitive. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for Registered Nurses in Ohio typically ranges from approximately $30 to $35, depending on experience and specific healthcare settings. This low pay may reflect either a temporary or entry-level position, but it is unlikely to attract qualified candidates, given the level of education and clinical skills required for nursing roles. Overall, this rate does not align with the prevailing market conditions and could hinder the recruitment of qualified nursing professionals.
