AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $19 for a Cleaning Technician in Cincinnati, OH, aligns relatively well with industry standards; however, it is slightly on the lower end. According to recent data, cleaning technicians in the Cincinnati area typically earn between $13 and $20 per hour, depending on experience, specific duties, and the type of employer (residential vs. commercial). While a rate of $15 to $19 may attract candidates seeking entry-level or less experienced positions, it could pose challenges in retaining skilled workers or attracting those with more experience in a competitive market.
