CAMERON MITCHELL RESTAURANTS is seeking a dedicated LINE COOK to join our dynamic team.

Our Line Cooks are responsible for preparing a diverse array of hot and cold food items, including salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. You will expertly portion, wash, peel, slice, and mix various ingredients, and skillfully carve and slice meats and cheeses. Attention to detail in measuring and mixing ingredients for dressings and food items according to established recipes is crucial.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Arriving punctually for scheduled shifts and maintaining a clean and professional uniform, while adhering to personal hygiene standards
  • Preparing all food items in accordance with company specifications, recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards to ensure that our guests enjoy a superior dining experience
  • Practicing proper food safety techniques during food handling and preparation, including personal hygiene, handwashing, and knife skills
  • Familiarizing yourself with emergency procedures for the restaurant
  • Upholding the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety in all work areas, including prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, and shelving
  • Completing all job responsibilities while adhering to safety guidelines and practices, promptly reporting any unsafe conditions, acts, accidents, or injuries
