Job Description
Job Title: Toddler Teacher
Company: Gymboree Play & Music – Rochester
Location: Rochester Hills, MI
Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $16 for a “Toddler Teacher” in Rochester Hills, MI, is on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards, which generally range from $16 to $22 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. Given the rising cost of living and the educational requirements often associated with early childhood education roles, this pay rate could be considered less competitive, especially for candidates with certifications or advanced degrees. Moreover, regional variations and local demand for childcare services can significantly influence these figures, but overall, this rate may struggle to attract and retain qualified professionals in the field.
