Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will be instrumental in crafting a positive experience for our members by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing outstanding customer service.
• Manage all front desk activities, including:
  • Answering phone calls in a welcoming manner, checking in members, facilitating new member sign-ups, and providing tours for prospective members.
  • Performing necessary updates to member accounts.
  • Addressing member inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when appropriate.
  • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

• A background in customer service is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations.
• A genuine passion for fitness and health.
• An upbeat and positive attitude is essential.
• Punctuality and reliability are mandatory.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage positively and professionally with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.
