THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION – MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY 1:30 PM TO 10:00 PM AND SATURDAY 7:30 AM TO 4:30 PM.

Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient customer service through effective management of a team. This role demands a high degree of professionalism while fostering a collaborative and success-oriented environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership support across multiple brands, including Leaf Home Bath/Bath Planet and Stairlift.
- Manage and develop a team of inside sales representatives through comprehensive training, mentorship, and real-time coaching on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Direct daily communication and guidance to ensure calls are handled promptly, efficiently, and knowledgeably.
- Create and sustain a high-quality work environment that encourages team members to perform at their best.
- Conduct performance evaluations, including regular reviews (30/60/90 days and annual assessments).
- Monitor and manage attendance, time-off requests, schedules, and timesheet approvals.
- Address performance concerns in a timely manner, adhering to company and departmental policies.
- Proactively respond to employee relations issues raised by team members.
- Provide consistent statistical performance feedback to each team member.
- Facilitate one-on-one and team meetings for coaching, feedback, and collaborative discussions.
- Lead and/or participate in special projects as necessary.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a call center environment or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and drive continuous improvement in team performance and morale.
- Excellent multitasking abilities to manage various activities while meeting the demands of diverse stakeholders without losing focus on quality.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy, team-oriented setting with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Exceptional active listening skills to comprehend information and respond thoughtfully.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to find the most efficient pathways to task completion.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Prior experience in the home improvement direct-to-consumer industry is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Normal office environment with indoor work in a climate-controlled setting.
