Job Title: Police Cadet

Company: Grand Blanc Township

Location: Grand Blanc, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Police Cadet position in Grand Blanc, MI, appears to be below the competitive range based on industry standards. According to various salary reports and resources, the typical pay for police cadets and similar entry-level law enforcement roles often averages between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on the specific qualifications and local cost of living. While entry-level positions in law enforcement may offer lower wages, a rate of $15 may not attract qualified candidates or reflect the responsibilities and expectations associated with the role in a broader geographic market, suggesting a need for reassessment of compensation to align with local standards and retain talent.
