Job Description
Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Company: The Salvation Army
Location: Stone Creek, OH
Pay: $23.1 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, an hourly rate of $23.10 for a “Shift Supervisor” in Stone Creek, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for this role, especially when compared to national averages. Generally, Shift Supervisors in retail or fast food settings can expect to earn between $25 to $35 per hour, depending on the industry and region. Additionally, factors such as experience, the specific demands of the job, and the cost of living in Stone Creek compared to larger urban centers can also influence competitiveness. Given these considerations, the offered rate may not align with broader industry standards, potentially making it less attractive to prospective candidates.
