AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary of $52,000 for the “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” role in Southfield, MI translates to an hourly rate of approximately $25. This pay rate appears to be somewhat lower than the typical range for similar positions within the retail or construction industry, where senior leads often command higher compensation, typically between $30 and $45 per hour depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Southfield and the skills required for a senior lead role, this salary may not be competitive compared to industry standards, potentially affecting recruitment and retention of qualified candidates.
