Summary: At Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, we prioritize our Associates, who arrive with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a strong sense of teamwork. As a Line Cook, your responsibilities will include the preparation of a diverse array of hot and cold food items, such as salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. You will be tasked with portions, washing, peeling, slicing, and mixing various vegetables, fruits, pastas, and other ingredients for entrees, appetizers, salads, and garnishes, as well as carving and slicing meats and cheeses. You will also measure and combine ingredients to create salad dressings, sauces, and various cold and hot food items in accordance with established recipes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
