Job Duties Include:
- Managing the lead funnel by following up with interested prospects to schedule their first class, ensuring they receive an outstanding first-time guest experience by providing membership information tailored to the recommendations of our Group Fitness Coaches.
- Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership and additional sales growth.
- Responding to member inquiries promptly and addressing any concerns appropriately.
- Upholding brand compliance by adhering to all Orangetheory Fitness systems and procedures, while maintaining an organized front desk and prioritizing task management throughout shifts.
- Greeting members by name, accurately recording class attendance, and creating memorable moments through celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal achievements.
- Staying informed about studio activities including promotions, fitness challenges, special events, and corporate initiatives.
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently and take ownership of personal contributions to the overall success of the studio and team.
- Assisting with maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales experience is also preferred.
- Proficiency with technology, including mobile devices and computers.
- A growth mindset coupled with a passion for helping others.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to operate with integrity while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside the ability to multitask and manage member inquiries effectively.
