As a member of the front-of-house team, you may have the following responsibilities:

  • Cashier (including walk-in and drive-thru service).
  • Counter Server (including expo, curbside, and guest services).

On the back-of-house side, we are looking for individuals to fill these essential roles:

  • Pits: Responsible for preparing and smoking our meats.
  • Boards: Focused on line cooking and meat cutting.
  • Prep: Preparing sides and desserts from scratch.
  • Dishwasher: Handling dishwashing and utility tasks.
