Job Title: Housekeeper

Company: Rushton Recovery

Location: South Lyon, MI

Pay: $15 – 18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $18 for a Housekeeper in South Lyon, MI, appears to be within the competitive range but leans towards the lower end of industry standards. As of October 2023, housekeeping roles in Michigan generally have average wage rates between $14 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, the type of employment (residential vs. commercial), and specific job responsibilities. Given the cost of living in South Lyon, which is relatively moderate, this rate is slightly below the mid-range but may attract entry-level candidates or those seeking flexible work arrangements. Overall, while the offered rates are acceptable, they may not fully reflect the skills and demand in the current job market.
