In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying established principles of customer service. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment will be a key aspect of your duties, alongside adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. You may also have the opportunity to be cross-trained in various areas of the store to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

– Model established customer experience practices in interactions with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Process customer purchases and returns accurately, including counting change according to operational procedures.
– Actively promote credit and loyalty programs.
– Uphold the merchandising philosophy and adhere to established merchandising procedures and standards.
– Efficiently process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
– Participate in store recovery tasks as needed throughout the shift.
– Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support store initiatives aimed at reducing shrink and enhancing security.
– Participate in safety awareness programs to maintain a safe environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
