Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic team.

As a Line Cook, your primary responsibility will be to prepare a diverse range of hot and cold food items, ensuring our guests leave as "Raving Fans." You will expertly prepare salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers, as well as efficiently wash, peel, slice, and mix vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients for entrees and garnishes. Additionally, you will be responsible for carving and slicing meats and cheeses, and accurately measuring and mixing ingredients to create dressings, sauces, salads, and other culinary offerings in accordance with our established recipes.

Essential Functions Include, but are Not Limited To:
- Arriving to work punctually as per the scheduled time; maintaining uniform standards and practicing excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness throughout all work shifts.
- Preparing food according to company specifications, recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
