Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:
– Execute comprehensive, personalized weekly schedules and care plans
– Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
– Provide personal companionship by remaining actively engaged and offering ongoing social and emotional support
– Assist clients with personal care tasks, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
– Offer transportation to and from appointments as needed
– Undertake administrative duties, including documentation of task completion and reporting changes in clients’ physical conditions, mental capabilities, or behaviors

Qualifications:
To Get Started, You Will Need:
– A minimum of one year of professional caregiver experience
– A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
– Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle
– Willingness to travel up to 30 miles
– Open availability is strongly preferred
– TB screening/PPD and/or chest X-ray
– Basic computer skills
– Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
