Job description:
Provides exceptional customer service on a daily basis, consistently surpassing standard customer expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Efficiently loads orders into delivery vehicles and ensures the accuracy of deliveries by routing them effectively. Completes necessary return forms and manages invoices, transfers, and related paperwork with precision.
Engages in other warehouse responsibilities during periods without pending deliveries and strictly observes all safety regulations and vehicle safety protocols at all times. Communicates relevant information to the manager promptly and addresses customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner, elevating issues to the manager when additional information is required.
Delivers customer orders swiftly and effectively, making only assigned deliveries, and maintains clear communication with the manager when required from customer locations. Legibly initials all cash invoices and adheres to correct cash handling procedures while accurately recording all pertinent information on invoices.
Conducts daily vehicle checks and routine maintenance as needed, promptly informing the manager about any non-routine repairs or maintenance required for company vehicles. Performs daily vehicle cleaning and engages in facility maintenance, including housekeeping duties, to uphold a clean and organized work environment.
Exhibits professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Follows both verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently, collaborates well with team members under time constraints, and demonstrates strong attention to detail in all work performed.
