Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lead funnel by following up with interested prospects, scheduling their introductory class, and ensuring an outstanding experience for first-time visitors. Provide membership information based on the recommendations from Group Fitness Coaches.
  • Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, and securing membership and package sales, in addition to driving other revenue opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to member inquiries and effectively address any concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards by following all OTF policies and maintaining an organized front desk. Prioritize tasks effectively throughout your shift.
  • Greet members by name, accurately track class attendance, and create memorable interactions that celebrate personal achievements, birthdays, and membership anniversaries.
  • Stay informed about all studio events, including current promotions, fitness challenges, out-of-studio happenings, and corporate initiatives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while contributing to the studio and team’s overall success.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Sales experience (1-3 years) is preferred.
  • Proficient with new technology, smartphones, and computer applications.
  • Possess a growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage member inquiries effectively.
