Job description:

Expedient is seeking a motivated individual for an entry-level position as an IT Support Associate at our Cleveland, OH data center. This on-site role presents a unique opportunity for rapid learning and career advancement within our Operations Support Center (OSC) team. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive, fully funded training—including industry certifications—and will gain hands-on experience with a diverse array of technical platforms such as virtualization technologies, networking, data protection, Windows, disaster recovery, Linux/Unix, and infrastructure.

This position is ideal for candidates eager to acquire valuable technical skills and embark on an IT career. Expedient offers a suite of multi-cloud services, including hosting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) solutions.

The role provides on-the-job training covering both technology and business operations at Expedient, in addition to opportunities to learn about basic support requests, monitoring, and client service.

Schedule and Shift Premium: This position follows a regular schedule of Thursday through Saturday, with alternate Wednesdays from 7 PM to 7 AM local time. An additional bonus will be awarded upon completion of initial training, and lunch breaks are fully compensated during all 12-hour shifts.

Professional Development & Training: Expedient highly values the professional development of its employees. We will cover costs for IT Support Associates to obtain relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA, A+, Network+, etc. Additionally, bonuses are available for the completion of more challenging certifications.

Responsibilities:
