Job Title: Part-time Breakfast Attendant, Weekdays and Weekends available

Company: Fairfield Inn & Suites Hilliard West Columbus

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $13 – 13.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $13.50 for a Part-time Breakfast Attendant in Columbus, OH, is generally low when compared to the industry standards for similar roles within the hospitality and food service sectors. As of late 2023, the average pay for similar positions tends to range from $14 to $18 per hour, particularly in urban areas with a higher cost of living like Columbus. Additionally, the current minimum wage in Ohio is $10.10, meaning that while this pay range is above that threshold, it is not competitive enough to attract a skilled workforce given the rising wage expectations and the cost of living. Overall, to remain competitive, this role may need to offer higher wages or additional incentives.
