JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory, booking their initial classes, and ensuring they have an exceptional first-time guest experience, all while providing membership information as prescribed by our Group Fitness Coaches.
  • Achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and driving membership and package sales, as well as exploring additional revenue opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to member inquiries and address any concerns with professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards by adhering to all Orangetheory systems and procedures, maintaining an organized front desk, and prioritizing tasks effectively during your shift.
  • Greet members by name and accurately track class attendance, while creating memorable experiences daily through celebrating birthdays, member anniversaries, and personal achievements.
  • Stay informed about all studio events, including current promotions, fitness challenges, events outside the studio, and corporate initiatives.
  • Work independently and take ownership of your contributions to the studio and team’s overall success.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Comfortable using new technology, smartphones, and computers.
  • Must possess a growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, operate with integrity, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and effectively manage member inquiries or concerns.
