Job description:
We are currently seeking to fill a full-time Food Service Worker position at our Molson Coors location in Trenton, OH. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
While previous experience as a line cook is preferred, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a commitment to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
– Accurately weigh and measure ingredients as directed.
– Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stovetops, and refrigerators, adhering to safety standards.
– Ensure proper food storage in designated areas, following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
– Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
– Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment efficiently.
– Follow approved recipes and production standards to guarantee quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
– Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, adhering to the outlined steps of service.
– Address customer concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
– Comply with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
– Uphold all sanitation and safety requirements.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
