Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver swim instruction in alignment with the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
  • Enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure environment.
  • Assess student progress and complete necessary documentation promptly.
  • Engage with parents/guardians regarding their children’s swim skill development.
  • Serve as a Goldfish Swim School ‘ambassador’ to promote parental satisfaction.
  • Employ problem-solving and creative thinking skills to address challenges faced by students.
  • Inspect pool areas pre- and post-class for maintenance, cleanliness, or damage; report any issues to management.
  • Ensure the proper storage and maintenance of all pool equipment, including lane lines.
  • Report any accidents or incidents to management and complete required paperwork.
  • Occasionally perform light cleaning duties, such as window washing, deck mopping, and trash removal.
  • Attend mandatory workshops and training sessions outside of regular working hours.
