Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Golden Orchards

Location: Fennville, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a Med Tech position in Fennville, MI, is below the national average, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific job duties. In Michigan, the average hourly wage for similar roles, such as medical technicians or medical technologists, often aligns with or exceeds this range due to the rising demand for healthcare professionals. Additionally, factors such as cost of living and local market conditions may further impact the competitiveness of this wage. Overall, the rate of $14 per hour appears to be less competitive and may deter potential candidates seeking fair compensation for their skills and responsibilities.
