Delaware North Sportservice is seeking highly motivated seasonal Suite Attendants to join our dynamic team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless operation of assigned luxury suites, which includes stocking supplies, serving food and beverages, and attending to the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare the suite and ensure that all items are in place for guest arrival, including pre-ordered items.
– Anticipate guest needs, suggest additional offerings such as appetizers and desserts, and relay in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff.
– Adhere to all laws and regulations, ensuring proper identification is checked prior to serving alcohol.
– Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the suite throughout the event.
– Collect signatures from the suite host for any charges incurred.

Qualifications:

– A minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment is required.
– Previous experience as a suite runner is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
– Capacity to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift.
– Willingness to work in varying temperatures.
– Ability to navigate narrow spaces as required.
