Orangetheory Fitness South Lyon is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to enhance our members’ experiences and serve as a brand ambassador for the OTF community.

Schedule:
We are looking for a part-time candidate with open availability. Responsibilities will include assisting with our morning, afternoon, and/or evening class schedules.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Greet every individual entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
  • Introduce the OTF concept to prospective members through engaging presentations.
  • Maintain the front desk, which includes answering phone calls, assisting members, and managing various administrative tasks.
  • Conduct studio tours for potential members, showcasing our facilities and services.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers to support new members during their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Drive membership sales to contribute to studio growth while achieving personal sales targets.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and conduct outreach calls to facilitate studio expansion.
  • Address member concerns professionally and objectively.
  • Participate in studio marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure that all studio areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

Are You Qualified?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in sales, retail, or fitness environments is preferred.
  • Background in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
