We are seeking a sales expert to articulate our program’s advantages to prospective clients and transform them into dedicated members. The ideal candidate will be a sales enthusiast, a collaborative team player, and a remarkable representative of Goldfish Swim School. This role is not suited for those seeking a routine front desk position focused solely on greeting customers. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and leads, effectively presenting the advantages of Goldfish Swim School to convert prospects into loyal members.
  • Manage phone communications, addressing inquiries, taking messages, and directing calls in a professional manner.
  • Process student registrations utilizing Salesforce and iClassPro booking software.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Assist members with merchandise purchases and vending services.
  • Welcome parents and students at the front desk.
  • Manage student check-ins via the attendance tracking system.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk, Snack Shack area, changing rooms, restrooms, and observation area.
  • Monitor voicemail and email correspondence, responding efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed.
  • Conduct collection calls to address billing issues.
  • Prepare student lesson schedules for instructors and management staff.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is advantageous.

Requirements:

Education/Experience:
