Job Title: Caregiver – Immediate Openings

Company: Honor

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $15.5 for a “Caregiver – Immediate Openings” position in Columbus, OH, is generally considered below the industry standard for similar roles, especially given the rising cost of living and increasing demand for caregivers. As of 2023, caregiver positions in many parts of the U.S., including Columbus, often pay closer to $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific qualifications. While this rate may appeal to entry-level candidates or those seeking part-time work, it may struggle to attract experienced professionals and could lead to higher turnover rates in a competitive job market focused on providing quality care.
