Job Description
Job Title: Bartender | Part-Time | I-X Center
Company: Oak View Group
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a part-time bartender position at the I-X Center in Cleveland, OH, is relatively below the average industry standard. In Ohio, bartenders typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour, with many positions in urban areas or popular venues offering higher compensation due to tips. While $14 an hour may be competitive for entry-level roles or smaller establishments, it may not attract experienced bartenders, especially given the rising cost of living and the demand for skilled labor in the hospitality sector. Therefore, the rate might be viewed as underwhelming for many applicants seeking a more sustainable wage.
