Job Position Description:
This position plays a crucial role in upholding a clean and healthy medical environment in our customer ancillary building. The primary responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in examination rooms, the lobby, break rooms, bathrooms, and other non-surgical procedure areas. The shift is scheduled for 5 days a week, totaling a maximum of 4.5 hours per day, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., at a rate of $15 per hour.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
– Execute all cleaning tasks for the facilities using the designated ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
– Cleaning responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, cleaning windows, and moving chairs and equipment on wheels.
– Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
– Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
– Clean all designated areas, including the kitchen/break room, lobby/hallways, examination rooms, offices, and bathrooms.
– Place safety hazard signs within the building, such as “wet floor” signs, as necessary.
– Prior experience (0-1 years) as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is preferred but not mandatory.
– On-the-job training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
– Experience with professional janitorial services in environments like office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is advantageous.
– The ability to be adaptable and work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment is essential.
– Contribute positively to the workplace by maintaining a pleasant demeanor and supporting overall team efforts, including adhering to uniform policies and demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
