As a Product Specialist Consultant, you will be entrusted with creating exceptional purchase experiences. This position involves direct interaction with customers, consulting effectively, utilizing dealership systems to complete follow-ups, and delivering the highest standard of customer service. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or Product Specialist lot.
- Staying current with the latest product information to ensure a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
- Providing customers with detailed specifications on vehicle performance, safety, and benefits.
- Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
- Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-ups to maintain a robust client database.
- Keeping informed about vehicle values, finance products, and Fox programs.
- Adhering to Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
- Introducing customers to key points of interest within the dealership.
- Assisting in showroom preparation to ensure a wide selection of vehicles is available and that the showroom remains presentable.

- Previous experience in customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
