Requirements

  • Previous experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen is preferred
  • Exceptional team player characteristics
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Essential Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for the entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting is required
  • Ability to lift and carry tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs., potentially up to 20 times per shift
  • Regular exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold
