Ferguson is currently seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join our team.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $22 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to customers on selecting the best products to meet their needs
• Process orders utilizing the order management system
• Operate cash registers in accordance with established cash handling procedures
• Prepare and stage customer orders for pickup
• Uphold store appearance and merchandising standards
• Ensure merchandise is restocked and organized appropriately
• Maintain a safe working environment, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Spend half of the work time in the warehouse preparing and pulling customer orders
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience preferred
• Basic product knowledge is advantageous
• Proficiency in general computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• Strong general math skills for cash management
• A willingness and eagerness to learn is essential
• Excellent decision-making and communication abilities
• Forklift experience is preferred

Pay Range:

• $15.00 – $25.39 per hour

Estimated salary ranges are displayed monthly for salaried roles or hourly for other positions. This role is eligible for bonus or incentive plans. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations, and starting pay may vary based on local or state wage requirements.
