Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Suite Attendants to join our dynamic team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless operation of assigned luxury suites, which includes stocking supplies, serving guests, and attending to their needs.

Responsibilities include:

– Preparing the suite and ensuring that all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event.
– Anticipating guest needs, suggesting additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and effectively communicating in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff.
– Ensuring adherence to all laws and regulations, including verifying identification before serving alcohol.
– Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness in the suite throughout the event.
– Obtaining signatures from the suite host for any incurred charges.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or GED is not required.
– A minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment is required.
– Previous experience as a suite runner is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
– Capability to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift.
– Willingness to work in variable temperatures.
– May be required to navigate narrow spaces.
