Front of House Positions Include:

• Cashier – for walk-in and drive-thru services
• Counter Server – responsible for expo, curbside service, and guest interactions

Back of House Positions Include:

• Pits – responsible for preparing and smoking meats
• Boards – positions for line cooks and meat cutters
• Prep – tasked with preparing sides and desserts from scratch
• Dishwasher – ensures cleanliness and utility support
