Job Position Description:
The primary responsibility of this position is to foster cleaner and healthier environments within our clients’ buildings and grounds by performing essential duties and responsibilities. The following tasks are integral to this role, although additional responsibilities may be assigned:

• Execute all cleaning duties for facilities using ServiceMaster-approved products, tools, and protocols.
• Cleaning responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, polishing, handling trash, washing windows, and cleaning and rearranging furniture and equipment.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Manage the opening and closing of facilities, including enabling and disabling security systems as necessary.
• While 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is preferred, it is not mandatory.
• On-the-job training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is advantageous.
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasked environment are essential.
• Contribute positively to the work climate by maintaining a pleasant demeanor and participating in team efforts, including adhering to uniform standards, reliability, and punctuality.
• Demonstrate respect and understanding towards coworkers and customers.
• Proficiency in English communication is required.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
