Job description:
Provides exceptional customer service daily, consistently exceeding client expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsible for loading orders into delivery vehicles and verifying the accuracy of deliveries, ensuring they are routed effectively. Efficiently completes return forms and manages invoices, transfers, and other necessary documentation. Performs additional warehouse duties as needed when there are no pending deliveries and strictly observes all safety regulations and vehicle safety protocols.

Communicates relevant information to management promptly and responds to customer inquiries courteously, directing them to a manager when further assistance is required. Ensures timely and professional delivery of customer orders, focusing only on assigned delivery routes. Maintains communication with management as needed from customer locations. Accurately initials cash invoices and adheres to proper cash handling procedures while recording all pertinent information on invoices.

Conducts daily vehicle checks and necessary routine maintenance, reporting any non-routine repairs or maintenance requirements to the manager. Maintains the cleanliness of the vehicle on a daily basis and contributes to facility upkeep, including housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities.

Exhibits professionalism and courtesy in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues, demonstrating a proactive approach at all times. Accurately and efficiently follows both oral and written instructions and collaborates effectively with team members under tight deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Adheres to company policies and procedures while meeting attendance and punctuality guidelines. Actively seeks out and engages in training opportunities, both internally and independently.
