Job description:
Nesco Resource is currently searching for an IT Hardware Lab Test Technician in the Greater Wallington, NJ area.

Key Details:
– This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
– Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
– Compensation: $30 per hour.

Position Overview:
– Proficiently identify Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) hardware, specifically HPe, Dell, and Lenovo, along with understanding their functionalities.
– Conduct testing of hardware in accordance with OEM standards; this includes testing hardware boards.
– Responsible for receiving parts, testing them, and examining hardware boards, requiring in-depth knowledge at the component level.
– Execute basic troubleshooting during the Quality Assurance process if any potential issues arise.
– Possess experience with servers and the ability to configure ILO, IMM, IDRAC, and similar interfaces.
– Demonstrate knowledge of BIOS functionalities.
– Experience with DIMS is also required.
