Job Title: Medical Assistant – Mentor , OH
Company: Marathon Health
Location: Mentor, OH
Pay: $19 – 22 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 to $22 for a Medical Assistant in Mentor, OH, generally aligns with industry standards for this role, though it sits at the lower to mid-range of the pay scale. According to various salary data sources, the average hourly wage for medical assistants in Ohio typically falls between $16 and $24, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific employer practices. Given that Mentor is part of the Cleveland metropolitan area, which may present slightly higher living costs, an hourly rate of $19 to $22 is competitive but may not fully leverage the skills and certifications of more experienced candidates. Overall, while the rate is acceptable, candidates with relevant qualifications might seek higher compensation in the current job market.
